There is a reason why nearly all wedding planners do not reveal their prices...it's called sticker shock. Here at Creative Elegance we believe that all brides should have the option of being able to hire a wedding planner and that is why we offer such competitive pricing.
We do not believe in charging a percentage of your budget. There is no "Hitting the Jackpot" when we are hired by a couple that has more to spend than others. We charge a flat rate based on the work we do, not on how much you spend on your wedding nor by how many guests you invite.
Our work is the same regardless of these.
We have listed for your convenience some of our standard packages below, however, we can customize any package to fit your needs.
 
 
Platinum Wedding Planning Package:
  • Initial 2 to 3 hour consultaion to determine event form, style, responsibilities, and expectations. At which time a budget worksheet and questionnaire will be given for the purpose of proper planning.
  • Recommendations will be given for suitable vendors to the clients needs.
  • Scheduling and attending vendor appointments for interviews, reviewing contracts, and assisting in securing services.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure product and services are provided in a timely manner, manage payment schedules, and distribute final payments.
  • Provide ongoing updates and consultations with client regarding vendor services and product status.
  • Accompany both bride and groom in selection of  wedding attire and final fittings.
  • Provide budget planning and tracking thoughout all stages of planning.
  • Schedule and attend catering and cake tastings.
  • Assist with the selection and ordering of invitations, save the dates, programs, etc.
  • Review guest lists for addressing and title etiquette.
  • Manage RSVP's.
  • Assist with seating and table arrangements.
  • Oversee wedding day transportation for entire bridal party.
  • Advise and assist in rehearsal dinner location, theme, and reservations.
  • Arrange monthly meetings with clients as necessary.
  • Provide detailed timelines to all vendors involved.
  • Coordinate rehearsal with officiate.
  • Orchestrate rehearsal and present schedule of events to bridal party.
  • Coordinate entire wedding day by assisting in ceremony rituals, reception rituals, cuing and timing, securing of wedding gifts, and overall orchestration of wedding day activities.
Platinum Planning Package Fees: $3,195.00  
( Fees may be adjusted according to clients needs and services required. )
 
 
Gold Wedding Planning Package:
  • Initial 2 to 3 hour consultation to determine event form, style, responsibilities, and expectations. At which time a budget worksheet and questionnaire will be given for the purpose of proper planning.
  • Recommendations for suitable vendors to the clients need will be given.
  • Scheduling and attending vendor appointments, reviewing contracts, and assisting in securing the services of the following vendors:
  • Banquet Hall/Caterer
  • Photographer
  • Florist
  • DJ/Band
  • Transportation
  • Baker
  • Coordinate with all vendors to ensure product and services are provided in a timely manner and distribute final payments.
  • Provide ongoing updates and consultations with clients regarding vendor services and product status.
  • Schedule and attend catering and cake tastings.
  • Provide detailed timelines to all vendors involved.
  • Coordinate rehearsal with officiate.
  • Orchestrate rehearsal and present schedule of events to bridal party.
  • Coordinate entire wedding day by assisting in cermony rituals, reception rituals, securing of wedding gifts and overall orchestration of wedding day activities.
Gold Planning Package Fees: $1,995.00

Silver Wedding Planning Package:
  • Initial 2 to 3 hour consultation to determine event form, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with all involved vendors to ensure product and services will be provided in a timely manner and distribute final payments.
  • Provide detailed timeline to all involved vendors.
  • Coordinate rehearsal with officiate.
  • Orchestrate rehearsal and present schedule of events to bridal party.
  • Coordinate entire wedding day by assisting in ceremony rituals, reception rituals, cuing and timing, securing of wedding gifts, and overall orchestration of wedding day activities.
Silver Wedding Planning Package Fees: $800.00 
( Fees may be adjusted according to the clients needs and services required. )
 
All Wedding Planning Packages include:
  • Ceremony set up oversite.
  • Guest book set up.
  • Organization of ushers and usherettes.
  • Distribution of flowers and pin on service.
  • Cuing and timing of all wedding day activities.
  • Containment and seating of late guests.
  • Direction of receiving line.
  • Transfer of guestbook and personal items to reception location.
  • Reception set up oversite.
  • Arrange seating cards and/or chart.
  • Direct guests from cocktail to reception.
  • Assemble bridal party and orchestrate grand entrance.
  • Oversee schedule of reception.
  • Cue clients and bridal party for all events.
  • Secure wedding gifts.
  • Distribute final payments.
  • Collect and return cake rentals. ( if needed )
  • Collect and return floral rentals. ( if needed )
 
Ala Carte` Planning Services:
  • Assembling and addressing invitations and stationary.
  • Assembling party favors.
  • Hotel accomedations for out of town guests.
  • Creation and distribution of welcome baskets for out of town guests.
  • Any single service detailed in planning packages.
